Are you CAA certified?
Yes. We hold the CAA GVC and the A2 Certificate of Competency, with a registered Operator ID renewed annually.
What insurance do you carry?
£10m public liability, arranged per flying day alongside a standing annual policy. A certificate goes out before any shoot, and site teams can have it in advance for induction paperwork.
Do you travel beyond Yorkshire?
Yes, UK wide. Leeds is the base and Yorkshire the home patch, the Lake District and Greater Manchester are regular, and anything beyond an hour of base carries travel at £0.45 a mile plus accommodation at cost, quoted before you commit.
What is your weather cancellation policy?
If a shoot is postponed for weather before we travel there is no charge. A postponement once we are on site carries a £180 standby rate. We would rather move a day than deliver footage shot in the wrong conditions.
How quickly can I have a quote?
Within one working day. Send a sentence about what you need shot, where and when, and you will get a figure and an available shoot window rather than a request for a meeting.
Can I see the raw footage?
Yes. Raw rushes can be delivered same day for £200. Stills come as graded JPG plus RAW DNG as standard.
What formats do you deliver?
4K horizontal as the master, with 4K vertical and social cuts on request. Stills as JPG and RAW DNG. Deliverables are agreed in the quote so there is nothing to argue about at handover.
What drones do you fly?
A DJI Mavic 3 Pro as standard, an Inspire 3 on call for bigger productions, and FPV where the shot needs it.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes, VAT 436 7383 70.
What is the minimum project size?
£350, which covers a single property aerial photo set. Below that the travel and planning cost more than the shoot.
