Privacy
Short version: no tracking cookies, no marketing lists. What you send us goes to our inbox and nowhere else.
Who we are. Yorkshire Drones is a trading name of Northworks Studio Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 14722602, VAT 436 7383 70), registered office Second Floor, Kirkland House, 11-15 Peterborough Road, Harrow HA1 2AX. Northworks Studio Ltd is the data controller for this site. For anything in this notice: [email protected].
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us: the contact form asks for your name, email, and project details, plus company and phone if you add them. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence. We do not buy data, scrape data or collect anything in the background.
What we do with it. We use your details to reply to you, scope and deliver your project, and keep normal business records (quotes, invoices, correspondence). We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant, then delete them. We never sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Where it flows. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that processes your message in order to deliver it. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both act as processors for delivery and storage; neither uses your details for their own marketing.
Cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. One session-only browser flag remembers that you have seen the intro animation; it contains no personal data and clears when you close the tab. If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless service that does not identify you.
Embedded films. Some case-study films may be streamed from Vimeo or YouTube in their privacy-enhanced modes. If you play one, that platform may set its own cookies under its own policy. Not playing them keeps you cookie-free.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
